Job description
Amacom is looking for a skilled professional to strengthen the enthusiastic marketing team. This is a full-time position, based on 38 hours per week. In the role of Online Marketer you are responsible for building a solid foundation for our online marketing activities. This includes developing and implementing online strategies, marketing campaigns and optimizing our e-commerce activities. You play a crucial role in increasing our online visibility and driving sales of the many attractive brands we represent. Are you ready for this challenging role? Your responsibilities:
- Developing and executing effective online marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Identify and implement improvements to increase the user experience and to maximize conversion rates of (among other things) campaigns;
- Managing email marketing campaigns and automation processes;
- Execute and analyze Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns;
- Using analytical tools and techniques (AI, GA4, A/B testing) to measure performance and gain insights for continuous optimization;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve e-commerce performance and increase online sales;
- Developing and implementing a content strategy that strengthens the brand positioning and increases the involvement of the target group;
- Establish and roll out social media strategies to increase online presence, stimulate interaction and promote community building;
- Mapping the customer journey and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience at all touchpoints.
Your profile:
- HBO thinking and working level;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce;
- Sense of responsibility and a real go-getter;
- You have proven experience in driving online growth against key KPIs;
- You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure effective strategy execution;
- You are able to provide data insight and run reports from Google Analytics;
- Thorough knowledge of various angles of online marketing;
- Result-oriented with a strong analytical mind;
- Creative and able to develop innovative strategies;
- Excellent communication skills (NL/EN) and a real team player.
