Job description

In this versatile position you will be responsible for general ledger management, support the senior financial accountant in the monthly closing and have input in financial projects. In addition, you process the accounts payable of the entities within Exertis Benelux.

You monitor the master data of our suppliers and contact them professionally by phone or email. Correct and timely administrative processing is a high priority. Furthermore, your basic activities also consist of processing, but above all checking, incoming invoices, bank. You will also be involved in various projects related to system development. Think of automation and digitalization where a proactive attitude is expected. You will also support the financial team by performing ad hoc work.

You are part of a young and dynamic team of 8 people, together with your team you work every day with enthusiasm to achieve the best result!

This is what you will be doing:

  1. You have HBO working and thinking level and have completed an education in the direction of financial administration;
  2. Several years of work experience in a similar position;
  3. You are available for 32 to 40 hours;
  4. You are administratively strong and very accurate;
  5. Knowledge of IT systems and BI-tooling are no stranger to you;
  6. You have communication skills and are able to maintain a good business relationship;
  7. You are enthusiastic, proactive and a hard worker.
