Your internship
As an IT support intern, you will work closely with our experienced IT team to support operational processes and contribute to various projects. You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Providing helpdesk support to employees;
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software;
- Provide support with network administration and system security
- Assist in the resolution of technical problems and failures;
- Documenting procedures and solutions.
This is who you are:
- You are pursuing an MBO degree in IT Systems & Devices, or another IT-related course;
- You have basic knowledge of networks, hardware and software;
- You enjoy switching quickly between various departments;
- You possess communication skills and are a team player with the ability to work independently.
