Service Employee

Do you find it interesting to solve all challenges related to returns (commercial, transport damage, rejects, etc.) and DOAs (Dead on Arrival) as well as possible in the interest of Amacom and its partners? And are you able to communicate with both customers and suppliers within a varied job with your own responsibilities? Then the position 'Service Employee' within the dynamic world of consumer electronics is for you!

Job description

As a Service Employee, you will put the customer first and make every effort to ensure that returns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You speak to customers with return issues and complaints and resolve them independently and professionally. You also test returned products for damage and contact suppliers of incorrectly delivered products. You keep your own records, administration and reports for the benefit of your colleagues and are prepared for warehouse work (inbound, storage, order picking and checking). You will deal with the latest products and work with various modern logistics systems. This is a full-time (40-hour) position for our 's-Hertogenbosch office.

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Knowledge of and/or genuine interest in consumer electronics;
  2. Knowledge of the processes regarding the RMA process;
  3. Experience with service is a requirement;
  4. A flexible attitude towards working hours and days;
  5. A service-oriented attitude, ambition and an inquisitive personality;
  6. A flexible, stress-resistant and proactive attitude;
  7. Good communication and administrative skills;
  8. All-round warehouse experience and a forklift/reachtruck certificate are a plus.
