Back Office Employee

We are looking for someone who likes variety and who likes to take his / her responsibilities. It concerns a full-time position in a young team within a commercial organization.

Your activities in the back office mainly consist of:
- Daily support of the account managers;
- Working closely with the sales department;
- Processing orders and registering sales activities;
- Maintaining the focus on maintaining the database and the online portal;
- To be the first point of contact for all customers and prospects;
- Analyzing and reporting sales data and identifying sales opportunities;
- The correct handling of administrative data.
We are looking for someone with:
- Full-time employability (40 hours per week), male / female;
- An excellent command of the Dutch language;
- A very skilled communication level;
- Experience in a similar position (great advantage);
- A completed MBO + education and preferably HBO work and thinking level;
- A representative, ambitious, decisive and eager to learn character;
- A strong personality;
- Flexible availability (1x per month also working on Saturdays);
- A stress-resistant, commercial and proactive attitude.
