Key Accountmanager Amacom

Do you enjoy working in a commercial and enterprising organisation? Then the Key Account Manager position is for you.

Within Amacom you are responsible for your own customer portfolio. You are responsible for developing a sustainable relationship with existing customers and of course selling to them. In addition, you are responsible for the further expansion of your customer portfolio.

Job description

As a key account manager, you have frequent customer contact at various levels within the customer's organisation and you effortlessly connect with buyers and management/entrepreneurs. Internally, you often spar with the product managers, commercial office staff and your sales colleagues. You are inquisitive and have an ambitious drive for commercial success. You look for new customers and close the best deals, but you are also responsible for the growth of existing customers. In doing so, you proactively keep an eye on opportunities through channels outside the sector and act on them. Thanks to your vision and insight, you are able to stay ahead of the competition!

Amacom's core business is consumer electronics, for example, beautiful televisions, speakers or coffee machines. With Exertis Pro AV under the wings of Amacom, we are also active in the world of Unified Communication & Collaboration, Pro-AV solutions and Connectivity solutions.

Your most important tasks in a row:

  1. Contact person for (retail) partners and prospects;
  2. Executing commercial targets;
  3. Coordinating and organising quotation processes;
  4. Providing progress reports;
  5. Drawing up account and market development plans;
  6. Monitoring and responding to market developments.

Profile

  1. You have experience in retail and several years of relevant sales experience;
  2. You have experience with and affinity for consumer electronics;
  3. You are eager to learn and have an ambitious drive to achieve commercial success;
  4. You are capable of developing your own sales vision and drawing up a sales plan based on this vision;
  5. You have analytical skills, so that turnover data is interpreted correctly;
  6. You have perseverance and;
  7. You are able to maintain and deepen an existing business relationship in the right way;
  8. You have commercial and communicative skills;
  9. You are prepared to travel to the office in Den Bosch one day a week (Mondays).
