This makes us even more capable to fulfil the logistical demands of our partners.

 

Taking care of every detail

Amacom is fully committed to unburdening its partners completely. From four stragetic locations with over 15.000 sqm available warehousing, Amacom daily delivers many B2C and B2B customers, (web)shops, central warehouses and consumers through dropshipments by using efficient business operations. Access to a wide product range and all relevant information, availability of goods and fast deliveries are key terms we value the most. Orders are being processed within 24 hours (or faster if necessary) directly delivered at the requested location; even at night or in a specific time frame.

Specialist in distribution and fulfilment

Amacom buys, sells and distributes, but also offers the possibility to store your own stock with them, without entry and storage costs. You only pay a fixed percentage of the sales value and pre-arranged transport costs after you have made a sale.

Real time insight via Quecom

Through Amacom's self-developed order and information system Quecom we offer our partners real time insight in stock, reselling, deliveries, reports and order status. Through API and EDI connections Amacom even offers the possibility to automate these processes.

Purple, professional and punctual

With our partners we intensively work together every day to further improve our service level. Our own purple delivery service plays an important part within this process. With our purple delivery service we guarantee a high level of reliability, fast delivery, less damages and shortages, personal contact with a trusted point of contact and service that reaches further than the customer's door step.

Invisible powerful link

Amacom being the link between the seller and the customer should not necessarily be visible. Orders can be shipped with a delivery note and invoice, designed with our partner's company logo. It is even possible to ship products in a custom designed packaging, instead of using Amacom's jolly and neutral looking purple boxes.

Extra mile

If requested our deliverers provide extra information about the product en support in unpacking and installing the purchase. Amacom's employees gladly go the extra mile to be of service. And in the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, we process this correctly and adequately through our own service department.
